Aptum Announces CEO Transition and Executive Leadership Appointments

Jeremy Pease Named Chief Executive Officer; Three Senior Leaders Promoted

TORONTO, ON (May 7, 2026): Aptum, a global hybrid multi-cloud managed service provider, today announced that Ian Rae is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer following a long and successful career in the technology and infrastructure industry. Jeremy Pease has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Aptum also announced the promotion of three members of its senior leadership team to expanded executive roles.

Leadership Transition

Ian Rae joined Aptum three years ago, bringing with him more than two decades of experience in the technology and infrastructure sector. During his tenure, Aptum strengthened its customer focus, expanded its hybrid cloud managed services capabilities, and improved operational and financial performance across the business. Ian’s connection to the Aptum brand stretches back to his early days with Peer1 and continued through his role as founder of CloudOps. He will remain available to advise the incoming leadership team through the transition period.

Jeremy Pease Appointed Chief Executive Officer

Jeremy Pease joins Aptum with extensive experience leading data centre and cloud infrastructure businesses, with a strong track record in operational excellence, growth, and customer-focused leadership. He brings familiarity with Aptum and the broader DigitalBridge portfolio, making this a natural leadership transition for the company.

Executive Promotions

Alongside Jeremy Pease’s appointment, Aptum is pleased to announce three promotions from within its senior leadership team:

Sarah Jessika Blanchard has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Sarah Jessika brings financial rigor and operational insight that have been central to Aptum’s improved performance and disciplined growth.

Adam Nelson has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer. Adam’s operational leadership has driven meaningful improvements in service reliability and delivery across Aptum’s infrastructure.

Marc-Alex Forget has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer. Marc-Alex has been instrumental in shaping Aptum’s commercial strategy and go-to-market execution.
